Introduction.
Mental disease is a theory with a partial view of the
human being, deterministic as it does not separate
observer and observed, it alienates the patient where the
specialist may cause mental disturb, based on the error of
the passive mind or PPP. Although traditional psychology
has been contested by the anti psychiatric movement, no
alternative theory has been proposed due to the limits
imposed by the ancient paradigm.
Objective : Noergology reviews the theme and finds out that what the
old paradigm (PPP) called mentally ill were, in fact,
mental athletes, active creators of their thoughts instead
of mere victims of outside causes or events.
Methodology : We
will use semantic cleansing and paradigmatic analysis.
Mental disease as described in the CID 10 manual
encompasses five different phenomena that if dully
analyzed will migrate out of mental disease to another
areas of human knowledge. A) PN of organic origin (CID-10 F00-09, F20-25) will become part
of Neuropathy. B) PN caused by psychoactive products
(f10-19), a category of the former, will become part of
psychopharmacology. C) Those who are behavioral
dissidents, that is, those who have a behavior different
from the average citizen, will be studied by political
sociology, facing the penalties of the written and not
those of the unwritten law, d) Everyday problems we face
in our lives cannot be classified as psycho pathology, e)
all those with problems that don’t have organic origin
(F26-29/40-49) designated as mental illness in the old
paradigm (PPP) will be reclassified as mental Athletes, a
natural conclusion for those who see those “meganes”
(highly energized thoughts) struck to mental structures

Conclusion. The
word Mental Illness or Mental Disease should be banned
because it is semantic inadequate and because it may
